Keen social listening, rapid strategic response and pitch perfect execution resulted in a huge amount of earned social coverage, a lift in sales, and even a response from Kim Kardashian herself. Within 2 hours of KK posting that her brother hadn’t brought her any pretzels, we ideated a response for a Wetzel’s app code - ITS4KIM - that would give everyone a free pretzel. The effort drove thousands of app downloads, and saw an unprecedented 10% jump sales over the duration of the promotion.

Fika drew national attention for regional brand Del Taco with an idea inspired by the Mexican food chain’s incomparable crinkle-cut french fries. A limited run of Eau de French Fry soap was offered up online, selling out online in five minutes, and generating over 400 national broadcast segments. It also led the highest week of single store sales in the restaurant’s history.

Fika's rebrand of the iconic Lemonhead candy started with an evaluation of the brand archetype, leaning into core values of positivity and optimism. Building around the big idea Look Brightly, we produced social and digital content that inhabited a sunny aesthetic and a friendly persona. The transformative work uplifts and inspires.
